Processing times

We take great care in designing & creating your handmade products. While SOME sets may take only a few hours to make, there may be several orders in process. Your set will be created in the order it was received, and if you ordered a NAIL SET it can usually take 3-4 weeks before shipping. Processing can vary per product, or set, and some take longer than expected in times of high volume.

Please understand that your viewscreen and lighting can affect to the way you see the colors pictured...so ACTUAL COLORS MAY VARY. All items are hand crafted, and as such may have slight variations.  

For nails: Designs are subject to change based on availability of supplies including, but not limited to, colors, gems, and accents. Proper care should be taken when applying and wearing nails.  Understand it is normal to pop gems, or accents.  Read FAQ for more info.

**Shape/sizes are not all universal.  our size chart is a general guideline - though long stiletto and long coffin may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape.  Ensure your fit before placing your order.  Misfits can not be exchanged/refunded.

All products are custom made to order for personal care and cannot hygienically be reused, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  
Please do not send your purchase back to XCCDesigns, they will not be returned and any nail art will be destroyed.

Bear Dolls are hand painted to order, so each bear doll order is a commissioned art piece. so there are not refunds on this type of art. however, if there are any issues with damage upon delivery, Please contact us to resolve the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

On most products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case situation (If cancelled within 24 hours of ordering)- though generally speaking, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancelations.

Occasionally, an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled at the discretion of XCCDesigns.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your cancellation request. Refunds will be charged a processing/cancelation fee of $15 plus transaction fees incurred.

If you are approved, then your refund (less a processing fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges can be processed on certain eligible items, (I.e. faulty Phone accessories) However, we do test every one of our flashing phone cases prior to making available to sell. so If you find any issue, contact us to resolve the issue. (Some phone brands require OTG to be activated for the light up effect to work)
